How to Apply
Given the demand for places, applicants are strongly advised to apply well in advance of the closing dates for application (see homepage) as the course is likely to be full by the closing date. Places are allocated to suitable candidates in order of application.

Requirements
Students applying will require the following:
- Application form
- No CV
- 2x referee report form
-For UK students Copy of GMC Certificate/ GMC number noted on the
application form, or other professional membership certification
-English Language competency (TOEFL, IELTS, Degree Certificate of study
through the medium of English)
-Overseas students who do not have UK professional membership, we will
need copies of professional qualification certificates.

Scholarships
The Palliative Medicine Education Department has applied for a number of Commonwealth Scholarships for students from India and neighbouring developing countries in the Commonwealth. If our bid is successful, the Scholarships will provide funding for a number of students from these countries to undertake the MSc in Palliative Medicine, commencing September 2010.
There are often other scholarships available which may help towards the funding of the Diploma/MSc
To apply for the Scholarships, applicants must complete the standard Cardiff University Postgraduate application form and a supplementary form for the Scholarships please contact the office for further information.
